Superbidón is an industrial packaging marketing company with headquarters in Santiago and sales throughout the country. In its B2B and B2C business model, it has customers from various industrial sectors and individuals in a smaller proportion. Superbidón manages all its operational and financial flows with Softland ERP.
necessity
Superbidón requires access to various management reports on sales, customers, products, invoicing and purchase orders. Most of these reports are scattered among several Softland modules, this implies that when requesting information about the state of the company, it is not complete and must be extracted from several reports, located in different modules, configuring search filters and downloading CSV and Excel files.
Solution
KIS offers Superbidón the development of a Business Intelligence tool that deploys in a simple and agile way, a panel with all the information required for the tactical and strategic analysis of the company. Offering trend analysis, behavior graphs and deploying "hidden" data and obtaining additional and useful information for analysis and tactical/strategic decision-making.
Currently the dashboard has 7 information modules (Sales, Invoicing, Purchase Orders, Customers, Sellers, Products, Inventory) distributed in 4 profiles (Management, Operations, Sales and Accounting). At the beginning of November, Superbidón and KIS embarked on a new project to prepare business intelligence reports that allow an analysis of prices based on sales, direct costs, indirect costs, sales volumes and products sold, with the aim of determining the critical price of products. We gave this project the name "Pricing BI" and it will soon be available along with the reporting suite for Softland.
